IOM provides information to employees of organizations who are in contact with migrants. This is achieved through group information sessions involving approximately ten individuals. IOM provides information regarding the assistance it can provide when migrants depart from The Netherlands. A meeting can also focus on specific questions and wishes and of those present. These information meetings are suitable for employees of churches, social and municipal organizations, migrant organizations and organizations in the area of alien (foreign) policy. IOM also provides information to guardians, teachers and mentors of Unaccompanied Minor Asylum seekers (UMAs).
Location and costs
Information meetings generally take place on location. No
costs will be invoiced by IOM for group information meetings.
