There are questions related to education, health care, housing, employment possibilities, business set up opportunities, customs' regulations, transportation, telecommunication, special care and services for vulnerable groups.
For this reason IOM has developed the website Information on Return and Reintegration in Countries of Origin (IRRiCO). Migrants and return counsellors can consult the website and download country information sheets. These country sheets are developed by the IOM missions in the countries of origin and are being updated on a regular base.
In case the country information sheet does not provide with sufficient information, questions can be sent to the IOM contact person. For specific questions of people residing in the Netherlands please have a look at the contact details here below.
The questions are uploaded in the IRRiCO database and being answered by IOM offices in the countries of origin. IOM in the Netherlands will send the reply as soon as possible.
In short
IRRiCO stimulates an integrated approach in the gathering up to date information that is provided in the form of:
- country sheets: available on the website for migrants, social workers and return counsellors
- IRRiCO database: only accessible for IOM contact persons to answer specific questions
IRRiCO stands for efficient European Cooperation: IRRiCO provides you with
clear answers from the countries of origin!
