IOM provides qualified migrants in the Netherlands with the opportunity to help with the reconstruction of their country of origin. This concerns the temporary outsourcing of migrants to their country of origin in order to carry out work for which there is no local expertise. Read more

The MIDWEB projects offers a temporary placement opportunities for 60 qualified professionals who come from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and UNSC Resolution 1244 administered Kosovo, and live permanently in Austria, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK. The participants can go back to their countries of origin, for a short period of time to share their skills and expertise and contribute to the development of their country of origin. Read more

DIAS DE Cabo Verde is a project based on the active collaboration of the diaspora for the development of Cape Verde, promoted by the Instituto das Comunidades de Cabo Verde (IC) and co-financed by the European Commission and by the Portuguese Government. The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the implementing partner of the project. The project started in 2008 and ended in December 2009.Read more
