The aim of the workshop was to bring together representatives
of various diaspora organizations to discuss the opportunities for
creating an Indonesian diaspora platform and to enhance cooperation
in the area of migration, remittances and development with
Indonesia.
The meeting was attended by over 40 organizations and took
place within the framework of the IOM project “Improving Knowledge
of Remittances Corridors and Enhancing Development through
Inter-Regional Dialogue and Pilot Projects between Southeast Asia
and Europe”. The report of the workshop will be available
